Mum & Bub classes
From Birth - 12 months ish.
These classes are designed to support you through your “fourth trimester”. Come along each week to connect with other mums - we all need a village! Learn about your baby’s age and stage, and how you can support them as they grow and develop. Opportunities for one-on-one support are also available.
Each term we will have visits from local businesses or community organisations who will share their services and products with you. This may vary each term based on availability. (These businesses have baby, parenting, well-being related products or services)
If you join us part way through the term - you can add the classes you missed onto the next terms classes. So start when you feel ready! These classes run Monday mornings for the length of the school term. A term enrolment (9 classes) costs $95. 2025 Term dates: Term 1 - 10th of Feb - 9th April. (9 classes) plus bonus class on the 3rd of Feb as an intro to the year. Term 2 - 28th of April - 23rd June (8 classes - get the 9th class in term 3) Term 3 - 14th of July - 15th Sept (10 classes) Term 4 - 6th of Oct - 8th Dec (9 classes) plus bonus Christmas class on 15th Dec.

This is a free support group for Families with Multiples. It runs once a month from 1030-12 at our Mum Hub.
There are no age restrictions - you can be pregnant with multiples or your multiples could be adults - It doesn't matter. This group is just an opportunity to come together and support each other.
Booking is essential as we only run these sessions when we have interest. Use our contact us form to touch base or phone/email.
